2. Payment and Third-Party Services

BlueStar Supply makes use of third-party services to provide its products and process customer transactions:

  1. LemonSqueezy: Payment processing is handled by LemonSqueezy. By purchasing from BlueStar Supply, you agree to LemonSqueezy's terms and conditions, which can be reviewed on their website.

  2. Loops.so: Email marketing services are managed by Loops.so. Personal data used for communication purposes is processed according to Loops.so's privacy policy.

  3. Framer: BlueStar Supply’s templates are designed for use with Framer, a third-party web design platform. By purchasing and using our templates, you also agree to Framer's terms and conditions, which can be found on their official website.

BlueStar Supply is not liable for issues arising from the use of these third-party services, including but not limited to payment errors, data handling practices, or technical limitations. Customers are encouraged to review the terms and policies of these providers.

3. Right of Withdrawal and Refund Policy

BlueStar Supply provides a 30-day refund period to ensure customer satisfaction. However, due to the nature of the products sold (digital products), refunds are subject to the following terms and conditions:

  1. Refund request
    Customers must contact support@bluestar.supply within 30 calendar days (30x24 hours) of purchase to initiate the refund process.

  2. Valid reasons for refund
    Refund requests must include a valid and detailed explanation for the refund. Valid reasons include:

    • Technical issues that prevent the use of the template as intended (e.g., specific features not functioning as described).

    • Dissatisfaction with the product due to unmet expectations, provided these expectations were within the scope of the product's advertised features.

  3. Invalid reasons for refund
    Refund requests will not be approved for the following reasons:

    • Project cancellations or changes in project scope unrelated to the template itself.

    • Lack of familiarity with the Framer platform or failure to review Framer's associated costs before purchase.

    • Mistaken purchases, unless another template is selected as an exchange.

  4. Resolution before refund:
    Before issuing a refund, customers must demonstrate that they have made reasonable attempts to use the template. BlueStar Supply may request that customers:

    • Share details about the issue(s) encountered.

    • Review support materials provided (e.g., guides, tutorials, or FAQs).

    • Participate in a troubleshooting with the support team, if necessary.

  5. Template unpublishing requirement:
    Prior to refund approval, the customer must unpublish any websites or projects created using the refunded template. Refunds will not be processed until this step is confirmed.

  6. Refund denial:
    BlueStar Supply reserves the right to deny refund requests if:

    • The request does not meet the criteria outlined above.

    • Evidence suggests the template has been used beyond evaluation purposes (e.g., extensive customization or prolonged publication of a site).

  7. Refund acceptance and processing:
    Once a refund request has been reviewed and accepted, the refund will be processed within 1 working day. The purchase amount will be refunded using the original payment method. Please note that it may take up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on the customer’s bank statement, depending on the payment provider.

4. Intellectual Property

All templates sold by BlueStar Supply are the intellectual property of BlueStar Supply. By purchasing a template, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the template in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. Reselling or redistributing templates is strictly prohibited.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Dutch law, BlueStar Supply's liability is limited under all circumstances. BlueStar Supply is not liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of revenue, profits, or data.

  • Errors or interruptions in the delivery of templates caused by third-party services, including Framer, LemonSqueezy, or Loops.so.

  • Improper use of the templates by the customer.

  • Damages arising from modifications or adaptations of the template by the customer.

In all cases, BlueStar Supply’s liability is capped at the total amount paid by the customer for the specific product in question.

6. Privacy and Data Protection

BlueStar Supply respects your privacy and complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Personal data provided during the purchase process will only be used to fulfill orders, process refunds, and handle customer inquiries.

Data processed by third-party providers (LemonSqueezy, Loops.so, and Framer) is subject to their respective privacy policies. Customers are encouraged to review these policies directly on their websites.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms and Conditions or the use of BlueStar Supply's services shall be resolved by the competent court in Amsterdam, the Netherlands.
